Listening
Properly, and for long enough. A great deal of what matters arrives in the second half of an explanation, after the tidy version has been given.
About the practitioner
Vibha Jain is a hypnotherapist working with people who want to look more closely at the thoughts, beliefs, habits and emotional responses that keep repeating in their lives.
Introduction
More than fifteen years of practice, and over 2,400 sessions conducted — each of them a conversation with one person about one life.
That number is worth putting in context. Experience does not guarantee a result for any individual, and it should not be read as a promise. What it does shape is judgement: how carefully someone listens before offering anything, how quickly they notice when an approach is not working, and how readily they say so.
Alongside individual sessions, Vibha has worked with groups and workshops, where the same ideas are discussed and questioned openly rather than simply presented. Those conversations tend to sharpen the work — questions asked in a room full of people are often the ones everybody privately wanted to ask.
Only the details actually provided by the practice are published here. No qualifications, certifications, memberships, awards or success rates are claimed on this website. If you would like to know more about training or professional background before booking, please ask directly — that is an entirely reasonable question.
Sessions are offered through Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd. To discuss an enquiry, arrange a conversation, or simply ask a question before deciding anything, contact +91-9326115588 or hypnotherapy28@gmail.com.
Professional approach
None of these are techniques. They are the conditions that make the techniques worth anything at all.
Properly, and for long enough. A great deal of what matters arrives in the second half of an explanation, after the tidy version has been given.
Two people can use identical words for entirely different experiences. The work is finding out which one is in the room.
Approach, pace and wording are shaped around the person, their goals and their circumstances — not applied from a fixed programme.
No assumption that a person has got things wrong, and no requirement to justify how they have handled their own life so far.
What is discussed is treated as confidential. Questions about how information is handled are welcome and will be answered directly.
What an approach may and may not offer is discussed openly at the start. Nothing is guaranteed, and nothing is overstated to secure a booking.
The most useful thing a practitioner can say is sometimes that they are not the right person for this.
Hypnotherapy is not appropriate for every individual or every concern. Where another form of professional support would serve someone better, saying so early is not a failure of the conversation — it is the point of having it.
What to expect
A sequence rather than a schedule. People move through it at different speeds, and it is normal to go back a step.
You describe what you have noticed and what you are hoping for. Questions are welcome, and nothing is committed to at this stage.
Working out what a specific, recognisable improvement would look like for you — described concretely rather than in general terms.
An honest assessment of whether this approach fits your situation, including a recommendation to seek other appropriate support where that is the better route.
If you choose to proceed, sessions shaped around your goals and comfort. You remain aware throughout and can pause or stop at any point.
Reviewing what was useful and what was not, and deciding together what makes sense next — which may be a period with nothing scheduled at all.
How many sessions someone has varies widely and depends on the individual, the goal and the circumstances. No number is promised in advance, and no outcome is guaranteed.
